🧰 Troubleshooting Uploads

If you experience issues during uploads, here are some things to check:

  • File Size: Ensure that the file size does not exceed your server’s upload limit.

  • Permissions: Ensure the directories you’re uploading to have proper write permissions.

  • Network Issues: Slow or unstable internet connections can disrupt uploads. Try a different network or reattempt later.

If you continue facing issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

⚙️ Helpful Tips

  • Organize Your Files: Create subfolders for better organization, especially for large projects.

  • Check File Formats: Ensure that your files are in the correct format (e.g., .zip, .tar for archives).

  • Use SFTP for Large Transfers: For very large files, consider using SFTP for more reliable and faster uploads.
