Your account settings let you customize your Breeze Hosting experience and keep your account secure. Access all settings from the billing panel.

Accessing Account Settings

Log In to Billing Panel

Go to dash.breezehost.xyz and sign in

Navigate to Settings

Look for your profile icon or avatar in the top-right corner and click it

Select Account Settings

Click “Settings”, “Account”, or “Profile Settings” from the dropdown menu

Profile Information

Update your personal details associated with your account.

Name and Username

Go to Profile Settings

Navigate to Account Settings (see above)

Find Basic Information

Look for “Basic Info” or “Profile” section

Edit Your Name

Update your first name, last name, or display name as desired

Save Changes

Click “Save” to confirm your updates
Your username cannot be changed after account creation. If you need to create a new account with a different username, contact support.

Profile Picture

Add a profile picture to personalize your account:

Open Profile Settings

Go to Account Settings and find the “Profile Picture” section

Upload Image

Click “Upload” or “Change Photo” and select an image from your computer

Crop and Confirm

Adjust the crop if needed and click “Save” or “Confirm”

Email Management

Your email address is crucial for account recovery and communications.

Changing Your Email Address

Go to Email Settings

In Account Settings, find the “Email Address” section

Click Change Email

Click “Change” or “Update Email”

Enter New Email

Type in your new email address

Verify Your Current Email

For security, you may need to confirm your current email first

Confirm New Email

A verification link will be sent to your new email. Click it to confirm the change.

Update Complete

Your email address is now updated. Use this email for future logins.
Make sure your new email address is accurate and that you have access to it. You’ll need it to receive important account notifications and payment receipts.

Email Preferences

Control which types of emails you receive:

Navigate to Email Preferences

In Account Settings, find “Email Preferences” or “Notifications”

Choose Notification Types

Toggle on/off for:
  • Billing notifications (invoices, payment reminders)
  • Service alerts (downtime, maintenance)
  • Updates and promotions
  • Support responses

Save Preferences

Click “Save” to apply your choices
We recommend keeping billing and service alert notifications enabled so you don’t miss important updates about your account.

Password Management

Keep your account secure by managing your password carefully.

Changing Your Password

Go to Security Settings

In Account Settings, look for “Security” or “Password”

Click Change Password

Click “Change Password” or “Update Password”

Enter Current Password

For security verification, enter your current password

Enter New Password

Create a strong, unique password (see Password Best Practices below)

Confirm New Password

Type your new password again to confirm

Save

Click “Change Password” to apply the change

Password Best Practices

Use at least 12 characters (longer is better)
Include uppercase and lowercase letters
Add numbers and special characters (!@#$%^&*)
Avoid common words or predictable patterns
Never use the same password for multiple accounts
Use a password manager to generate and store passwords securely
Change your password if you suspect it’s been compromised

Account Recovery Options

Set up recovery methods to regain access if you forget your password.

Recovery Email

Go to Recovery Settings

In Account Settings, find “Recovery Options” or “Account Recovery”

Add Recovery Email

Enter an alternative email address that you have access to

Verify Email

A verification link will be sent to that email

Confirm Recovery Method

Click the link to confirm and activate this recovery method
Use a recovery email that’s different from your primary account email. This ensures you can always regain access.

Linked Accounts and Discord Integration

Connect your Discord account for seamless support and community features.

Linking Discord

Go to Connected Accounts

In Account Settings, find “Linked Accounts” or “Discord”

Click Link Discord

Click “Connect Discord” or “Link Account”

Authorize Connection

You’ll be redirected to Discord. Confirm that you want to authorize Breeze Hosting

Confirmation

Return to the billing panel to confirm the link is active
Benefits of linking Discord:
  • Faster support ticket creation
  • Automatic Discord ID registration for support
  • Community access and role management
  • Event notifications

Unlinking Discord

If you want to disconnect your Discord account:
  1. Go to “Linked Accounts”
  2. Find Discord and click “Disconnect” or “Unlink”
  3. Confirm the action
  4. Your Discord account is no longer connected to Breeze Hosting

Notification Preferences

Control how and when you receive notifications.

Open Notification Settings

In Account Settings, find “Notifications” or “Alerts”

Choose Notification Methods

Select how you want to receive alerts:
  • Email notifications
  • In-account notifications
  • Discord notifications (if linked)

Select Notification Types

Choose which types of alerts to receive:
  • Billing notifications
  • Service status
  • Maintenance alerts
  • Promotional emails

Set Frequency

Choose how often you want notifications (daily digest, immediate, weekly summary)

Save Preferences

Click “Save” to apply your settings

API Keys and Integrations

If you’re integrating with external services, manage your API credentials here.

Navigate to API Keys

In Account Settings, find “API Keys” or “Integrations”

Create New Key

Click “Generate New Key” or “Create API Key”

Name Your Key

Give it a descriptive name (e.g., “Discord Bot”, “Website Integration”)

Set Permissions

Choose what permissions this key should have

Save Securely

Copy your new key and store it securely. You won’t be able to view it again.
Never share your API keys or paste them in public channels. Treat them like passwords. If a key is compromised, delete it immediately and generate a new one.

Account Deactivation

If you want to close your account, you can request deactivation.
Deactivating your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All services will be terminated and your data cannot be recovered.

Before Deactivating

  • Back up any important files from your services
  • Cancel all active services
  • Download or save any invoices you need
  • Verify you have no outstanding payments

How to Deactivate

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom and find “Deactivate Account”
  3. Click “Deactivate My Account”
  4. Confirm your decision (you may need to enter your password)
  5. Your account will be closed

Privacy and Data

Your account and personal information are protected by our Privacy Policy.
  • Your data: We only collect information necessary for billing and support
  • Data security: Your information is encrypted and securely stored
  • Data retention: See our Privacy Policy for details
  • Data requests: Contact us to request your data or ask for deletion
