Keep track of all your charges and payments with the invoices section of your billing panel. Every transaction generates a professional invoice that you can download for your records.

Viewing Your Invoices

Log In to Billing Panel

Go to dash.breezehost.xyz and sign in

Navigate to Invoices

Click “Invoices” or “Billing History” in the main menu

Browse Your Invoices

You’ll see a list of all invoices, sorted by date (newest first). Each invoice shows:
  • Invoice number
  • Date issued
  • Amount due/paid
  • Current status
  • Service details

Invoice Statuses

Understanding your invoice status helps you stay on top of payments.

Paying an Outstanding Invoice

If you see a pending or overdue invoice, you can pay it directly from the billing panel.

Find the Invoice

Locate the unpaid invoice in your invoices list

Click Pay Now

Click the “Pay Now” or “View Invoice” button next to the invoice

Review Details

Check the invoice amount and service details to make sure everything is correct

Select Payment Method

Choose your preferred payment method

Complete Payment

Follow the payment instructions and confirm your payment

Confirmation

You’ll see a confirmation message. Your invoice will now show as “Paid” and your service will remain active.
Payment Processing: Stripe payments are processed instantly. Your invoice status will update within seconds of successful payment.

Downloading Invoices

Download invoices for accounting, tax, or personal records.

Go to Invoices

Navigate to the “Invoices” section of your billing panel

Find Your Invoice

Locate the invoice you want to download

Click Download

Click the “Download” or “PDF” button to save the invoice to your computer
Save invoices regularly for your records. You can organize them by year and service type.

What’s on Your Invoice

Your Breeze Hosting invoice includes:
  • Invoice number: Unique identifier for reference
  • Issue date: When the invoice was generated
  • Due date: When payment is due
  • Bill to: Your account name and email
  • Service details: Description of services charged
  • Amount: Total amount due in USD or Robux
  • Payment terms: How long you have to pay
  • Account summary: Previous balance and credits applied

Invoice Retention

We keep complete records of all your invoices:
  • Online access: Access invoices anytime through your billing panel
  • Retention period: Invoices are retained for at least 7 years for accounting and legal purposes
  • Permanent record: Even cancelled services show invoices for historical reference

View a complete history of all your transactions:

Find Transaction History

Click “Transactions” or “Payment History”

Review Activity

You’ll see:
  • Date of transaction
  • Type (payment, charge, credit, refund)
  • Amount
  • Payment method used
  • Status

Tax Information

If you need tax documentation:
  • Invoices serve as tax records: Download them directly from your billing panel
  • Business account: If you’re using Breeze Hosting for business purposes, keep all invoices for tax purposes
  • Contact support: For specific tax documentation needs, email support@breezehost.xyz

Payment Methods for Invoices

Paying via Stripe (USD)

  • Most invoices can be paid directly through your dashboard with Stripe
  • Your saved card will be used for auto-renewal

Paying via Robux

  • Robux invoices can be paid directly through the dashboard via our custom Roblox payment gateway
  • Your Robux payment method will be used for auto-renewal

Q: Why do I have an invoice for a service I cancelled? A: Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle. The final invoice covers charges through the cancellation date. Q: Can I change my invoice details after it’s issued? A: No, invoices are permanent records. However, you can contact support if there’s an error. Q: How long do I have to pay an invoice? A: Check the “Due Date” on your invoice. Most invoices are due within 30 days. Q: What happens if I don’t pay an overdue invoice? A: Your service may be suspended. Pay immediately to restore access.
