Invoice Statuses
Understanding your invoice status helps you stay on top of payments.| Status | Meaning | Action Required |
|---|---|---|
| Paid | Payment received and confirmed | None - payment complete |
| Pending | Awaiting payment | Pay the invoice before it expires |
| Overdue | Payment is past due | Pay immediately to avoid service suspension |
| Cancelled | Invoice no longer valid | No action needed |
| Refunded | Payment was refunded | Check your refund details |
Paying an Outstanding Invoice
If you see a pending or overdue invoice, you can pay it directly from the billing panel.Payment Processing: Stripe payments are processed instantly. Your invoice status will update within seconds of successful payment.
