The Breeze Hosting billing panel makes it easy to manage all your services in one place. View active services, change your plan, and control renewals.

Viewing Your Active Services

Log In to Billing Panel

Go to dash.breezehost.xyz and sign in with your account credentials

Find Services Dashboard

Click on “Services” or “My Services” in the main menu

View Service Details

You’ll see a list of all your active services, including:
  • Service name and type
  • Current plan and pricing
  • Renewal date
  • Service status (Active, Suspended, etc.)

Upgrading Your Plan

Want more resources? Upgrade to a higher tier.

Select Your Service

From your services list, click on the service you want to upgrade

Click Upgrade

Look for an “Upgrade” or “Change Plan” button on the service details page

Choose New Plan

Select the plan tier you want (Plus, Pro, or Ultra)

Review Changes

The system will show you:
  • New monthly cost
  • Prorated charges if applicable
  • New renewal date

Confirm Upgrade

Click “Upgrade” and complete payment if required

Confirmation

Your service will be upgraded immediately. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your new service details.
Prorated Billing: If you upgrade mid-cycle, you’ll only pay for the remaining days at the new plan rate.

Downgrading Your Plan

Need to reduce your resources or save on costs? Downgrade to a lower tier.

Select Your Service

From your services list, click on the service you want to downgrade

Click Downgrade

Look for a “Downgrade” or “Change Plan” button

Choose New Plan

Select the lower tier you want (Basic or Plus)

Review Changes

Note that downgrading may reduce your available resources. You’ll see:
  • New monthly cost
  • Credit adjustment if applicable
  • New renewal date

Confirm Downgrade

Click “Downgrade” to proceed
Downgrading to a lower plan may reduce your CPU, RAM, or storage. Ensure your applications will work with the lower tier before confirming.

Cancelling a Service

If you no longer need a service, you can cancel it anytime.

Select Your Service

From your services list, find the service you want to cancel

Click Cancel

Look for a “Cancel Service” or “Terminate” button (usually in a settings menu)

Confirm Cancellation

A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm. You may be asked for a reason (optional).

Final Confirmation

Click “Cancel Service” to proceed. Your service will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

After Cancellation

  • Access: Your service remains accessible until the end of your billing period
  • Data: You can download your files before the service terminates
  • Refunds: See our refund policy on the main site
  • Reactivation: You can purchase the same service again later
Before cancelling, make sure to back up any important data. After termination, your files cannot be recovered.

Service Renewal

Your services automatically renew on their renewal date, ensuring uninterrupted hosting.

Renewal Dates

  • View your renewal date: Go to your service details page
  • Automatic renewal: Your service will renew automatically using your saved payment method (Stripe/card only)
  • For Robux plans: Renewal is handled through the dashboard via our custom Roblox payment gateway

Managing Auto-Renewal

Open Service Settings

Click on the service to view its details

Find Renewal Settings

Look for “Auto-Renewal” or “Billing Settings”

Toggle Auto-Renewal

Turn auto-renewal on or off as needed
If you disable auto-renewal, your service will be terminated at the end of the current cycle. Make sure you re-enable it or manually renew before expiration to avoid losing your service.

Viewing Service Files

Access your hosted files directly from the service panel.

Select Your Service

Click on the service in your list

Click File Manager

Look for “File Manager” or “Files” in the service controls

Browse and Manage

Upload, download, or delete files as needed

Restarting or Managing Your Server

Select Your Service

Click on the service you want to manage

Find Server Controls

Look for buttons like “Start”, “Stop”, “Restart”, or “Console”

Perform Action

Click the button for the action you want to perform
Restarting your service will temporarily interrupt access. It typically takes 30-60 seconds to come back online.

Service Status

Each service shows its current status:
StatusMeaning
ActiveService is running normally
SuspendedService is paused (usually due to payment or policy violation)
PendingService is being set up
CancelledService has been terminated
