Short answer: No.Breeze Hosting provides hosting support only. Our team helps with:
  • Service setup and configuration
  • Server performance and resource issues
  • Hosting environment problems
  • Account and billing questions
  • MongoDB connection setup
We cannot help with:
  • Writing or debugging code
  • Application logic issues
  • Framework-specific problems
  • Algorithm or design questions
  • General programming help

Our plans mention “unlimited” features, but here’s what that actually means:Unlimited = No Hard Limits Under Fair Use

What That Means

  • 99.9% = 43 minutes of downtime per month (on average)
  • Your service runs reliably for the vast majority of the time
  • Occasional maintenance is required and expected

What’s NOT Covered

  • Third-party service outages (Discord, database providers, etc.)
  • Issues caused by your code or configuration
  • Your account being suspended for policy violations
  • Intentional service suspension for non-payment

SLA

While we target 99.9% uptime, we do not offer an SLA (Service Level Agreement) with compensation. Our hosting is best-effort, reliable service at affordable prices.Why? At the price points we offer, traditional SLAs aren’t economically viable. We focus on reliability through good infrastructure instead.
Yes! MongoDB and other databases are fully supported.

MongoDB Setup

If you’re connecting to MongoDB from your Breeze service:
  1. Whitelist the IP range - Your database provider needs to allow connections from Breeze
  2. Why? Our server IPs may change during infrastructure updates
  3. Solution - Whitelist 0.0.0.0/0 (all IPs) for reliable connections

Other Databases

You can connect to any database that:
  • Runs on a public or whitelisted IP
  • Uses standard connection protocols (TCP/IP)
  • Is compatible with your application
Common databases:
  • MySQL/MariaDB
  • PostgreSQL
  • MongoDB
  • Redis
  • Firebase
  • DynamoDB
  • Any cloud database service

Important Notes

  • IP Whitelist: Whatever database you use, whitelist your Breeze server’s IP range
  • Credentials: Store database credentials securely (environment variables, not in code)
  • Backups: Always back up your data - Breeze Hosting doesn’t manage external databases
  • Network: Ensure your Breeze service has outbound internet access to your database

Yes! Robux payments are fully supported.All RBX plans are supported. The entire process is handled through the dashboard via our custom Roblox payment gateway:
  1. Create account at dash.breezehost.xyz
  2. Browse the available plans and select a Robux-priced plan
  3. Choose your server type (Python or JavaScript)
  4. Complete checkout through our custom Roblox payment gateway
  5. Your service activates once payment is confirmed

Renewal

Robux plans support automatic renewal through the dashboard:

What’s Installed

Both server types come with standard tools:
  • git for version control

Can I Run Other Languages?

While we officially support Python and JavaScript, you may be able to run other languages if:
  • You can compile/run them on Linux
  • You install dependencies manually
  • You manage them within the container
For other languages, contact support to discuss feasibility.
Resource allocation varies by plan. Each plan includes:
  • CPU - Shared processor time
  • RAM - Memory for your application
  • Disk Storage - Storage for files and database
  • Bandwidth - Data transfer limits

Upgrading Resources

If you need more resources:
  1. Go to your service in dash.breezehost.xyz
  2. Click “Upgrade”
  3. Choose a higher plan tier
  4. Resources increase immediately
  5. You pay only the prorated difference

What Counts Against Limits

  • Disk: All files, database backups, logs
  • RAM: Your running application and system processes
  • CPU: Processing time for your application
  • Bandwidth: Data in and out of your service
You’re responsible for backing up your data. Here’s how:

File Backups

  1. Use the File Manager in your service panel
  2. Download files regularly to your computer
  3. Or use FTP/SFTP to backup programmatically

Database Backups

For MongoDB and other databases:
  1. Use your database provider’s backup features
  2. Export/dump data regularly
  3. Store backups separately from Breeze

Automated Backups

  • Breeze Hosting does NOT provide automatic backups
  • You are responsible for all data backup and recovery
  • It’s your responsibility to prevent data loss

No.Breeze Hosting explicitly prohibits:
  • Self-bots - Automating your own user account
  • User bots - Automating any user account
  • Unauthorized automation - Automating Discord functionality without permission
  • User token abuse - Using user tokens for anything other than normal client use
These violate Discord’s Terms of Service and our policy.What you CAN do:
  • Bot accounts (with bot token)
  • Discord apps (official API)
  • Webhooks for notifications
  • Authorized integrations

Why This Matters

  • Violating Discord ToS gets your account banned

Cancellation is simple and has no penalties:

  2. Go to your service
  3. Click “Cancel Service” or “Terminate”
  4. Confirm cancellation
  5. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period
  6. After that date, service terminates
