Navigate the Control Panel

The Breeze Hosting control panel at panel.breezehost.xyz lets you manage your bot hosting services. This guide will help you get familiar with the panel and its features.

Accessing the Panel

  1. Go to panel.breezehost.xyz in your web browser
  2. Log in with the credentials sent to your email when your plan was activated
  3. You’ll see your servers listed on the dashboard
Your panel credentials are separate from your dashboard (dash.breezehost.xyz) credentials. First-time users must use the email they received to set up their panel account. If you haven’t received your panel credentials, check your spam folder or contact support.

Dashboard Overview

When you first log in, you’ll see the main dashboard with:
  • Your Servers: A list of all servers you own or have access to
  • Server Status: Real-time status showing if each server is online/offline
  • Quick Actions: Buttons to start, stop, or restart servers
  • Resource Usage: Overview of your current CPU, RAM, and storage usage
Bookmark panel.breezehost.xyz in your browser for quick access to your servers.

Main Panel Sections

Once you click on a server, you’ll access the control panel with these main sections:

1. Console

The Console is where you interact with your server in real-time.
  • View Logs: See all server messages and errors
  • Send Commands: Type commands directly to your server
  • Server Status: Shows if the server is online, offline, or starting
  • Send Button: Click or press Enter to execute commands
Use the console to monitor your server’s health. Watch for error messages that might indicate issues needing attention.
Common Console Actions:
  • Start/Stop/Restart your server using the buttons at the top
  • View recent logs by scrolling up in the console
  • Search logs using keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+F)

2. Files

The Files section is your file manager for your server.
  • Browse Files: Navigate through your server’s directory structure
  • Upload Files: Drag and drop files or click “Upload” to add files to your server
  • Download Files: Right-click any file to download it to your computer
  • Edit Files: Click on text files to edit them directly in the browser
  • Create Folders: Organize your files in custom folders
  • Delete/Rename: Manage your files with context menu options
Be careful when editing or deleting files. Some files are critical for your server to function properly. Always back up important files before making changes.

3. Databases

The Databases section lets you manage MySQL/MariaDB databases for applications that need them.
  • Create Database: Click “Create Database” to add a new database
  • Database Credentials: View username, password, and hostname
  • Manage Access: Control which applications can access the database
  • Delete Database: Remove a database you no longer need
Database credentials are only shown once when created. Copy them immediately and store them securely.

4. Schedules

The Schedules section lets you automate server tasks.
  • Create Schedule: Set up tasks to run at specific times
  • Common Scheduled Tasks: Automatic restarts, cleanup operations
  • Enable/Disable: Toggle schedules on or off without deleting them
  • Edit Schedules: Modify timing and commands as needed

5. Settings

The Settings section contains server configuration and security options.
  • Server Name: Change the name displayed in server listings
  • Reinstall: Completely wipe and rebuild your server (careful with this!)
  • API Tokens: Generate tokens for advanced integrations (developers only)
  • Subusers: Add team members with specific permissions

First-Time Tips

Here’s what you should do when you first access your panel:
1

Check Server Status

Make sure your server is running. You should see “Server is running” in the console.
2

Explore the File Structure

Click on Files and familiarize yourself with what’s there. Don’t delete anything yet.
3

Configure Basic Settings

Go to Settings and update your server name to personalize your server.
4

Set Up a Backup Schedule

Create a schedule to backup your server daily. This protects against data loss.
5

Test Stop/Start

Try stopping your server and then starting it again to learn how to control it.

Resource Monitoring

Keep an eye on your resource usage in the top right of the panel:
  • CPU: Green (good), Yellow (moderate), Red (high usage)
  • RAM: Shows how much memory is being used
  • Storage: Shows disk space usage
If you consistently hit your resource limits, you may need to upgrade to a higher plan.
